Copyright
The artist retains all rights to copyright. The seller is not selling any rights to copy the artwork.
Payment
Customers can pay by credit or debit card, paypal or a bank transfer from account to account
Delivery will only occur after full payment has been received and cleared.
If the payment has not cleared within seven days of the order being received the order will be cancelled.
Full payment includes shipping, packaging, delivery insurance and sales taxes.
Ordering and availability
All artwork is subject to availability and is sold on a first come first served basis.
If a piece of art becomes unavailable after the order has been received and money cleared,
The unsuccessful purchaser will receive a full refund and will be notified by email.
Delivery
Delivery is the responsibility of Art Fusion and insurance costs are met by the seller.
The art will be delivered to the address submitted by the buyer on the order form on the website.
Once delivered, the buyer will own the artwork and will be responsible for any loss or damage.
The buyer must check the condition of the artwork on delivery and if it is damaged on arrival the buyer must refuse delivery at this point.
If the buyer refuses delivery for anything other than obvious damage then Art Fusion reserves the right to deduct delivery and return costs from the refund.
Cancellations and returns
The buyer may cancel any order within seven days of delivery.
If an order is cancelled:
the buyer must notify Art Fusion in writing by email of their intention to cancel the order,
the artwork must be returned to Art Fusion within 14 days of delivery.
the buyer is responsible for return delivery, including packaging and insurance costs,
the artwork must be returned to the seller in perfect condition in order to receive a refund.
A refund will only be made once the goods have been received and condition checked.
Damaged goods
If there is any damage to the artwork on arrival the buyer must refuse to accept the goods.
If the buyer accepts the goods then the artwork is deemed to have been delivered in good condition and any damaged thereafter is considered the responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer must send the damaged goods back to the seller using the sellers preferred courier.
The buyer must return the original packaging with the artwork when returning any damaged articles.
Any refund will be subject to satisfying the seller's insurers that any claim is genuine.
